By accessing or using this website, placing an order, or subscribing to any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & descriptions

We take great care to accurately describe our microgreens, growing kits, and accessories. However:

• Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual appearance may vary slightly due to natural variation in plant growth.
• Seed-to-harvest times provided are estimates and may vary based on environmental conditions such as light, humidity, and temperature.
• Varieties and availability are subject to change based on growing season and supply.

3. Orders & payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are inclusive of applicable Saskatchewan taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Shipping & delivery

Because microgreens are perishable, delivery timelines are critical. We deliver within Saskatoon and select surrounding areas to ensure freshness.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM are eligible for next-day delivery within our Saskatoon service area.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather events (including winter road conditions), or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
• Delivery to communities outside Saskatoon may be arranged — please contact us before ordering.
• Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or your door.

5. Freshness & quality guarantee

Our microgreens are harvested to order and packed with care. To maintain optimal freshness:

• Refrigerate immediately upon receipt and consume within 5–7 days of delivery.
• Do not leave packages in direct sunlight or warm environments for extended periods.
• We guarantee that products will arrive in good condition; if they do not, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Returns & refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we encourage you to reach out within 24 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion based on the circumstances. Growing kits and non-perishable accessories may be returned unused within 14 days in original packaging.

7. Health & allergen disclaimer

Microgreens are a food product. Please be aware of the following:

• Some varieties (e.g., sunflower, peanut, mustard) may trigger allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Full variety and ingredient information is listed on each product page.
• Individuals with compromised immune systems, pregnant women, and young children should consult a healthcare professional before consuming raw sprouts or microgreens.
• Our products are grown in a facility that may also handle common allergens.

We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from failure to review allergen information or individual health conditions.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including logos, photographs, text, recipes, and growing guides — is the property of our business and is protected by applicable Canadian copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Saskatchewan and Canadian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
